A. How to binding APP and pair:

1. Please turn on the bluetooth of the mobile phone before use.

2. Find and enter the Play Store or App Store, search and download APP “fitcloud pro”. or Scan the QR code in the manual and download the APP of “fitcloud pro”.

3.Enter the App,search the device named “HK43” for binding and pairing.

4.Then, the Fitcloud pro APP on the mobile phone will prompt to pair HK43-LE, which is audio Bluetooth. After pairing, you can make Bluetooth calls and play mobile music.

B.how to reconnect audio bluetooth(If the audio bluetooth is disconnected):

1.Pull down the main interface of the watch.

2.Find and turn on the audio bluetooth switch（like a headphone icon） in watch.

3.Open the phone settings, turn on Bluetooth, find the “HK43-LE”, and click to connect and pair.

4.then you can use the call music and voice assistant function

C.Warm Tips: 1. The time, date, and language on the smartwatch are synchronized with your phone. If it is not synced or wrong, please disconnect the watch from the APP first, reset the watch, and repeat the above connection steps.

2. If you still can’t connect the watch: Please uninstall the “fitcloud pro “APP and ignore the “HK43” from your phone’s Bluetooth pairing list, reset the watch, reinstall the app and try again.

3. Please make sure to keep “fitcloud pro” running in the background process so that the phone’s Bluetooth is always on.

4. Please do not connect the smartwatch directly to the Bluetooth page of the mobile phone. 5. App compatibility:Android 4.4 and above; ISO8.4 and above.
